With consistent treatments, many patients find that their muscles adapt over time, potentially leading to longer-lasting results with fewer units needed.

To ensure the best outcomes, it’s important to follow a few simple guidelines before and after your treatment. Prior to your appointment, avoid blood-thinning agents like aspirin, ibuprofen, or fish oil supplements for at least three to five days to reduce the risk of bruising. Refrain from alcohol 24 hours before treatment, and arrive with clean skin free of makeup or lotions. Always inform your provider of any medications or health conditions beforehand. After treatment, we recommend staying upright for at least four hours, avoiding strenuous activity, heat exposure, and saunas for 24 hours, and refraining from rubbing the treated areas to prevent product migration. While mild redness or tenderness may occur, these symptoms are temporary. Full results are typically visible within 5 to 14 days, depending on the product used.

While Botox® and Jeuveau® are similar in many respects, they do have subtle differences. Jeuveau® is produced using a proprietary purification method known as Hi-Pure™ technology and was designed specifically for cosmetic use. Botox®, on the other hand, has a broader range of both medical and aesthetic indications.
